Returns
Due to the specialized nature of our fulfillment process, where items are uniquely prepared for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every order is processed specifically for you, which prevents us from restocking items once they have been shipped.

Damages and Issues
While we do not accept standard returns, your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@utopialife.club if the item is:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
In addition to our general policy, certain types of items are strictly non-returnable, including:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to a damaged or defective item, we will notify you once we have processed your claim. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
